31FF1F landed with DU-140 at Fairoaks from the racing at Epsom.  I-RAIF is an Agusta Test Registration and it was being worn by A109 S c/n 22330 in March.  I don't know if this is still the case but I am advised that it was a red and white A109 so looks to be likely.
