I believe our mystery 780C84 MJC583 left VKO after a quick fuel stop and went to Budapest arriving about midnight...do you have any contact there as it is still on the ground?

No don't have anyone there X.   I was searching for a photo of M-TFFS and note that FR24 have it with its code of 43EAB8.  M-TFFS seems to spend a good bit of its time in your old stomping ground of Dubai

It seems to me to be a new allocation.

I believe its full title is Boeing RC-135W Airseeker R1 and have standardised in that http://www.dtvmovements.co.uk/Info/Fleet_Lists/Military/RAF_ISTAR.htm 

Just for info the 3rd one ZZ666 has been up over Texas for the last few days and was added to the d/b today.
