I've just taken delivery of the RadarBox and it all seems to be working satisfactorily.

Can anyone answer my following queries, please?

1. What is the meaning of aircraft shown in WHITE as opposed to red, green, and blue? I am not networking as far as I know at the moment.

2. Why does my log show many more aircraft than have been shown on my screen?

& 3. What do the figures mean that appear just before the Kts? I.e. +010; -019; +041, etc. Some aircraft do not show any numbers at all.

I would be grateful if anyone could enlighten me with regard to my queries.

Many thanks.

It is all in the manual, however, a very short answer :-)

1. The different colours show the aircraft climbing, descending or level - however, colours are also used to show the selected aircraft and aircraft that have "timed out" and are about to disappear from the map.  The colours depend on what settings you have chosen - see File | Preferences | Colors

2. Not all aircraft have the equipment that transmits position information, so they will appear in the list, but not on the map.

3. The figure before the speed (kts) is the rate of climb or descent of the aircraft "+" is climb and "-" is descent.  If there is nothing, then the aircraft is level.

Hope this helps
