I have got a new PC with Windows 10 and installed the Radarbox. I also downloaded the latest Drivers from the AirNav Homepage. Windows says:
"The Driver was found but there was a mistake with the Installation of it" "Der Hashwert für die Datei ist in der angegebenen Kategorie nicht vorhanden. Die Datei ist wahrscheinlich beschädigt oder wurde unerlaubt geändert".

Any ideas ????

Did you follow the advice on the sticky thread

If you are using Windows 8.1, do the following:

1. From the Metro Start Screen, open Settings (move your mouse to the bottom-right-corner of the screen and wait for the pop-out bar to appear, then click the Gear icon).
2. Click 'Change PC Settings'.
3. Scroll down, and click 'update and recovery'
4. Click 'recovery'
5. Click under advanced start up and restart now
6. Click 'Troubleshoot'
7. Click 'Startup Settings'
8. Click Restart
9. When Win8 restarts type the number next to \"Disable driver signature enforcement\"

For Windows 8 drivers please download:
http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/anrb/drivers/ANRB-Win8Drivers-v2.08.30.zip

Instructions:
1- Download the file above;
2- Unzip it to a folder on your computer;
3- Disconnect your RadarBox USB cable, wait a few seconds and connect it again;
4- When Windows prompts you to find the proper RadarBox driver browse the folder where you have extracted your drivers to;

If the above Windows prompt box does not appear:
1- Go to Windows Control Panel - Device Manager- USB Controllers - RadarBox - Driver -  Update Driver
2- Point at the relevant folder and install the drivers;

Failing that I would suggest that you contact [email protected]

On Windows 10, I'm having trouble on step 9 of post #2. What number do I type?
These powerful testosterone boosters will blow your mind.

same problem here ; Win updated from 10 to 10.1 last night ( nothing i could do to prevent ) now my box is no longer working, i did manage to load the Win 8 drivers to make it work in Win 10, but now it refuses to load these drivers.
sended a ticket to support, but not holding my breath ; guess whe'll have to wait till the drivers finally get availlable, note, they should have been there months ago
i hope Airnav gets these drivers certified ASAP, if there are more users with this problem ( and as there was a free upgrade to Win 10, i think a lot of ex Win 7 and 8 users will be involved ) the RB24 network will be a empty boll pretty soon.

Normally if you had been using ANRB with W10 before the upgrade the software continues working with 10.1.  As you will see on the other thread, Airnav are working to get the drivers certified.  I am just glad I wasn't tempted to get the "free" upgrade to  W10.

No, it's not working, it is a new laptop with W10 originally on it.
On the original W10 version i could make it work with the W8 drivers, nut now with the W10.1 upgrade it refuses to work with the installed drivers ore reinstal them.
Maybe it has to do with it not being a upgrade from W7/8 ?
Anyway, i hope Airnav sorts this out ASAP .

still no reaction from Airnav on the support request i sended yesterday, well i gues they know the problem by now so don't botter to answer with a reception confirmation

i have no ticket ID ; made the support request via the webpage of Airnav, via the support section, still no mail with a confirmation of reception.
anyway, i know what the problem is, i just hope those drivers get out in the next day's.
no real need for Airnav to reply to my question, it's just strange that i do not get a confirmation mail from the system ( i suppose this is a automated reply system ) it is the second time i send a support request that get's ignored by the system.

No idea but you should get an automated reply to an email or via the web page, if you havnt got the reply they have not received the email, probably in their spam filter.  I will contact them to reply to you here on the thread

Going by their reply on the other thread it would appear that the drivers are with Microsoft and the time they take its up to them and their workload

I would help if there were not 3 threads on the same matter!!
