Password Reset Link Does not Work

Is this functionality down? I'm trying to claim my site and can't login. Never get an answer to my password reset.

Is this a password issue with the forum or something else such as Radarbox24.  Have you contacted [email protected] your issue.  If you did please pass tour automated reply ticket number I will get onto support to reply to you
