Hi Alan,
Today OK-EAC, SR22 , crossed the Romanian FIR  with callsign OKVIP ( appeared in my Flight ID as OKVIP and Registration as OK-EAC and I heard the conversation between the pilot and controller also with callsign OKVIP) From here I conclude that  the airplane is re registered as OKVIP.
