Runway 31

I am showing 1010 network flights at this time.

AirNav Support

Network flights are never the same across everyone system as they depend on what your seeing and your time out settings.

Nothing regarding the network settings has been changed since the earlier 3 betas. It seems its mainly customers who are moving from 2 to 3 that are seeing this.

There was improvement of the way transitions between Live and the network which may be causing some people from earlier versions to think there are less flights.

I too are missing some network flights, yesterday the network count never went
above 800 over a 3hr. period, On first installing V3 i couldnt get any network flights at all, im also finding my live flight numbers going up then the total dropping down by approx 15%. Also noticed a lot with no reg. showing especially
Easy Jet.

If this was in response to my post, I have no problem receiving network flights (I used a filter to isolate just that single flight).
My problem is with RB not using the info inside the Database.

Does the database has any influence at all on apperance of the airline logo on the screen and aircraft silhuette? If it does what should I change while for example for many LOT polish airlines Embraers 170 just airline logo don't appear???

Andrej - the database doesn't apply to logos - they are set by the Flight ID. The database does affect the silhouette - that is set by the short aircraft type in the database (for example B738, A346, E170).

If the LOT E170's don't show a proper Flight ID like LOT365, the logo won't appear, and if they haven't got the correct E170 code in the database, the silhouette won't appear.

Hope that helps.

Thanks. The aircraft code E170 as well as its registration is correct displayed while flight number cell is empty .... thats is why.

I am sure the previous versions used to show the local time at the bottom of the screen alongside the coordinates where you had placed your cursor  at any given country you went to on the map. For example if you had displayed a map of the USA and you were in the New York area it would show the local time as being 5 hours behind the UK time. The v3.13 does not seem to be doing this or is there something in Preferences that I have failed to tick.

RodBearden

It was decided to remove the local time as it was too complicated to get it right for everywhere on Earth - tricky things, time zones!

Rod,

Thanks for the quick reply. Thought maybe I had just missed out on doing something.

Cheers,

That's a pretty defeatist attitude - the airline industry has been coping with time conversions between UTC and local for the last 90 years without any problems.

Mike, did you copy the new anrb.exe file to your Radarbox directory to overwrite the old file?  This error message occurs when you try to run anrb.exe without all the other files that are needed.
