E48580 is an Embraer Test Hex.  As a test hex we will enter it once the relevant PT- test ID is tied-up.  The one you saw is a miscode for a Dutch registered Phenom and as the hex will be regularly reused we will not enter this miscode against the hex.

You may wish to manually update your record if you believe this miscoded airframe will be the aircraft you see most often using the hex, rather than the new build embraers on test that will regularly reuse the code.

N5757 is still registered as a PA-46-350P but has been retrofitted to Jetprop DLX standard (P46T)

There is no available photo of 86+36 and the DB has been annotated as such.  However due to the known bug on the DB photo download you may still get a picture of another airframe type.
