The new Mode S code for this aircraft is confirmed by Mk1 eyeball replacing old miscode. Has been using f/n UAE312 daily for last week or so and was expected to be the Herc.

This aircraft below is problematic as in DXB this is A6-FSA PA28 Dubai Flying school miscoding using its old US hex now belonging to the below aircraft. As you cannot use same code twice how do you handle this?

896C3D  and 601848  are now in.

N3114P   is a strange one as I am not sure about the quality of the data from the FAA about the ST75. The ST75 was supposedly registered in 2002 and is still registered. The P28A was registered and deregistered in 2006 so according to the FAA Two aircraft must have been active with the same reg at once.
