Can you confirm the correct hex for EP-LCE as both my d/b and GAS have it as 7376E5.  Its also in the d/b as miscodes, 7336E5 and as Airframes also have it as 733065, it is now in the d/b under that as well.

Nothing on your choppers

Too my knowledge Iran hexes are pre-allocated to a reg and 733605 decodes to EP-LCE. If you look at any EP-LC? a/c reg they run in sequence. EP-LCA 733601  thru EP-LCM 73360D (minus B 733602 which crashed). Therefore the real Mode S should be 733605 all the other three are miscodes and it pings two at a time!

Its truly an Iranian screw up and lasted for years!

Just been AUH and Bateen loads of stuff in for GP

Yes Brian, thanks, its was myself that asked the original question on there.

Cant argue against your assertion X although I should point out that it should be 73306* to follow your line of thought not 73360*

Also it was 733601 EP-LCA which crashed on finals to Sharjah after both engine went into reverse at 2 and a half miles

I stand corrected, it is me getting dyslexic over this whole Iranian issue.

EP-LCE should of course be officially 733065 and you are right it was EP-LCA that crashed..I had it in my head it was B (didn't check first as I was belting out door to shops after trip to AUH)

This dyslexia thing is getting infectious if EP-LCA 733601 crashed as it should be EP-LCA 733061!

Apologise for any confusion caused!

Syd,

Confusion reigns over on the mode-s forum however John Hargreaves confirms that the flight plan shows that C2B37D was 15005. It would appear that each of its transponders are differently coded.
