89806E  ANG6393 (Air Nuigini) is right over me at 410, large but not a double strobber. Is this 737-700 P2-PXD on del SOF-HBE-??? as per Skyliner?

OTT at 34000 this looked like a KC135R (but was in the dark) and I only have one missing KC135R hex code and that is 63-7976. Have you anything on this code?

Hello X and Keith

Alan has had to go off at short notice.

Your Air Nuigini was added by Alan earlier.  I cannot find anything about the others.

Thank you

Andrew

... I thought the aviation authorities had stopped T134's flying

Nо, Alan, and more than that...

As of July 1, Russian aviation authorities put new regulations into effect requiring all Russian aircraft with a maximum takeoff weight of more than 5,700 kilos to be equipped with a traffic collision avoidance system (TCAS) and an enhanced ground proximity warning system (EGPWS). This mainly applies to Tupolev Tu-134s, Аntonov An-24s and Yakovlev Yak-40s/Yak-42s, the base of some Russian regional and business airlines' fleet.

So I expect more of these types to appear in the RB aircraft lists (for local Russian users anyway, most of these airframes aren't equipped with full ADS-B)

And below are two more still flying Tu-134s (both ex- Russia - Special Flight Detachment):

150178  RA-65912 T134  Tupolev Tu-134A-3 Russia - Ministry of the Interior 63985
150011  RA-65553 Т134  Tupolev Tu-134A-3 WFU (Russia - Special Flight Detachment) 66300
