Hi,

Received the box yesterday. I keep running into the following problem: after a while I get the following message: Hardware not connected. I have to restart the program. The only way to restart is via the taskmanager, because the file exit doesn't work.

So, basically two problems: 1 after a while the message hardware not connected and 2 I cannot exit the program normally.

I'm running XP sp2 1024mb memory and 190GB harddisk with 150gb of free space.

Hi Harry,
i suppose do you have install radarbox program and drives first and then you have connected to the computer, is correct?
Best regards.

Harry

Hi Miguel,

I did it the otherway around.  (as on the quick install quide) First the hardware and then the software.

I think that's your problem, Harry. I saw it mentioned here already....the Quick Install is wrong.

Like 99% of USB applications you install the software first....BEFORE you plug the hardware into the USB port.

Hi CK and others,

I reinstalled the drivers and software for the third time and I don't see any improvement. Any other suggestions?

Just off the top of my head I would say AirNav Support will have to give you instructions on
how to remove all Windows Registry references to the RadarBox software.
