A6C06E decodes to N534MT not assigned by FAA.  Only previous holder was a B407 cancelled in October and not re-assisgned
ADFD83 was 920370 SW4 but my d/b advises this is now 216 with Trinidad and Tobago Coastguard

It was a plotter

398C41 F-HDCB is no longer on the French register.  It was registered as N147GB 18/7 and is in the d/b as such.

Presumably its using its former hex on its delivery flight.
