36311C  STQ99B I suspect this will be a corrupt packet.  STQ is a Starwings Dortmund flight ID and the correct hex will be 3C****

3CE64C decodes to D-CONC, nothing available on it
40691F G-GIFF Kubicek BB26XR balloon
AE19FC can find nothing on it, possibly TACTICAL

Morning from Lagos;
An interesting one, again! 5N-BRJ, an S-76 just landed here and it is using a Russian Hexcode 124194. I suspect it is a Bristows Nigeria machine as they seem to be the only company currently using S-76's around lagos but I cannot confirm that, used it's reg as callsign....as they all do.
