C058A5 decodes to C-GHOU.  I have checked the Transport Canada website and can find no details of any current or previous allocation of the registration.

It could be Niklas.  However my only hesitation is that BAY is the ICAO identifier for Bravo Airways of Ukraine.  Yanair should use ANR

B757 HB-JJE is in ECair c/s and ECair is Equatorial Congo Airlines Limited so I am assuming PTI061 is a flight from FCBB-OMDB and PTI062 is OMDB-FCBB, it would explain its flightpath.
