When I search on my d/b it comes up as 998 as you state.  My d/b also gives F-ZBCF as F406 c/n F406-077 and I have entered it into the database as this given the altitude you were getting it at.

Nothing as exotic as an A158.  Its GLEX c/n 9698 miscoding.  The flight ID is the give away G6K Global 6000 and 9698 is the c/n.  I don't have its registration yet.  similarly with the flight below it is C-FHNN GL5T c/n 9696.

For an A158 silhouette I would suggest you copy and rename the A148 one
