All the information I can find on the internet suggests that it is an An-2 that used to be with Orenburg Air. I don't know if that is still the case.

No idea on 400151 as far as I can see it was never allocated.

I will work on the route info you have forwarded. The SDM are ULLI-UUWW and return

RA-05786 is probably a chopper at 700-1100ft over Moscow and probably near Tuschino at 8 miles distant however An2's used to operate out of there as well so time will tell

I thought it was a chopper as well going by the height and speed I saw it at previously. Nothing on Rotorspot anywhere near it though.
