As can be seen from the attached 899078 B-28066 was added into the database as an AT76 after the aircraft departed EKBI on 22/9 on delivery.  Maybe an update to your Navdata is required to confirm this update

According to the Czech online register this was last used by L410 OK-SDS c/n 2803 which was cancelled in 2011, nothing allocated with the hex since and I don't know the new ID of 2803

I saw OK-SDS pinging on FR24 yesterday, west of Moscow, so must be the L410, height was 4100ft (NOT 41,000ft) so does makes sense, but like you can find nothing on the internet re its new reg.
