1F1D1B is unlikely to be a helicopter as it got to 20,000ft and 300+ knots, it was in an area 50-100km SE of MOW doing flight tests and did overshoots at ZIA.
c/s changed three times in flight first U, then P P and finally CJP.

as it got to 20,000ft and 300+ knots. Hi !From friend  vrs radar .Start flight from Zukovskiy MO Speed 313 to 231 km/h .Altitude 198 meters !! its helicopter imho

About 100000 hex -it's ra-2547G and RA-46395 and RF-31360

[Runway 31]

Hex 100000 also being used at this time by an OE-H*** helicopter so a miscode in use by a large number of aircraft

It increased altitude and speed after this and flew in circles for a long period with an overshoot of ZIA at 140-160 knots. Whatever it is we have a mystery flying object.
