Your first two are marked as WFU stored already Terry.  As you are aware aircraft can be and are stored and are returned to service as and when. required

The C-5'S are also marked as WFU stored as well

69-0014 was deleted as it is preserved and not liable to fly again so its not in the database any longer

When aircraft are removed from service and returned to the leasing company etc they are marked as WFU Stored (ex **** Airlines).  I usually leave them like that until I receive information from whatever source that they have been scrapped/parted out and or are removed from the respective country register.  If you have information that aircraft are scrapped/parted out etc I am more than happy to receive that information and the aircraft will be deleted. 

It is not easy to determine the ultimate fate of an aircraft for example N676NW is still current on the FAA list even although it is in storage with its certificate not due to expire until 2020..

Similarly the 3 MD83's are still current on the FAA list with certificates for 18months/two years.  I have no idea as to their likely fate and wont be guessing so will be leaving them showing as WFU stored until the information is forthcoming.

As I stated I am more than happy to delete aircraft from the database when they are scrapped parted out et and do so on a daily basis.  Any such information is gratefully received. I have 4 or 5 week loads of deletions from the FAA list waiting on me finding the time to go through them and make the necessary deletions.

No idea on the thoughts of Airnav Terry.

However please remember that we are not a database in the same manner as the other databases as its only purpose is to populate the details of the aircraft picked up on the network on screen.  Whether aircraft are marked as stored etc does not matter as they don't show unless picked up for display.

Also most databases/tracking sites do not detail ownership for business/GA aircraft and refer to them as Corporate or Private whereas we detail ownership adding extra value with the penalty of a greater workload due to the quagmire of ownership changes.

I only deal with simple queries on here and advise contact with support where it is required
