No idea on 1806D5 doesn't decode, its possibly 1406D5 miscoding as you suggest but in the absence of a flight ID or an eyeball I have no way of knowing.  My d/b indicated that the An2 was being used by Bugurusion Flying School from Moscow - Chernoye but the details were from 2005
