192657 is using the recent Russian hex system which historically would be 152657 which decoded to RA-75351 therefore most likely is RF-75351(which is based at Moscow Chkalovsk) used for No Gravity flights by Roscosmos.

The same as below where 140AE5 decodes to RA-02789 therefore 180AE5 is most likely either RA- / RF-02789 or RA-2789G but I cannot find anything on it just yet. Maybe ffa can help. It was never above 1400 ft so likely a new chopper.
