Morning Terry

Regarding Executive Airlines/Gestair to me the important piece of the article reads

NAZCA CAPITAL, which has lead the operation, will manage the merger of the two companies, maintaining their own licenses as aircraft operators, which will generate synergies in specific services  i.e maintaining their own licences as aircraft operators keeping them as separate operators within a group managed centrally hence why they still have separate operators ICAO codes at this time and it is not my intention to make up a merged name for them.

Its a minor point regarding the article but given that the two operators are already private operators I am at a loss to imagine why the article states that they have reached an agreement to create the first private aviation company in Spain

Thanks again Alan
