The answer!

SU-BQK is not 3925 as JY-PTD is currently in flight and so is SU-BQK, therefore SU-BQK is possibly ex A6-ABM/JY-PTC c/n 3246 and explains no record of JY-PTC recently....so what did I pick up yesterday as 896375 (A6-ABM) as both the aircraft in question were in service and nowhere near me....a mystery (crossed signal, reuse or miscode!)

To further confuse matters X, John Hargreaves advised SU-BQK was delivered out of SAW Thursday early doors and is c/n 2649 ex VP-BJH.

I-duno?  I have however put JY-PTC c/n 3246 and JY-PTD c/n 3925 both back in the d/b until I am advised otherwise.

I think the info from John is wrong as SU-BQK has been in service for weeks and not early doors Thursday (it has not been near SAW)...unless there is another SU-BQK which I doubt....bad paint job/wrong reg applied! I still stick with the one in service being ex JY-PTC

John advised that it came out of SAW as NIA9007 just checked the email received from John and it was dated 19/6
Also on the FAB Aviation Group new deliveries is VP-BJH A320 2649 (re reg SU-BQK Nesma Airlines. Ferried as NIA9007 Sabiha Gokcen Cairo) dated 27th June http://fab-aviation-group.proboards.com/thread/144/deliveries?page=3

19/6 would fit with VP-BJH which I saw at SAW a couple of months back, so I therefore have no idea what has happened to JY-PTC...as you said I dunno! But possibly my 896375 yesterday was A6-ABM/JY-PTC after all
