Correct flight numbers: THY5AM LTFM-LPPT (THY1759)

The flights from Istambul to Lisbon from Turkish Airways are not using no more LTBA airport, tehy usa LTFM.

RZO SATA internacional has changed to Azores Ailrines some months ago.

I've manually changed name in my database (company & aircraft) but always a RZO fleet aircraft is detected it returns to old designation.
