Unknown Kazakh, the low hex number is very unusual but It came from Aktobe to VKO as PQMC2MAR

Thanks, I saw the AN72 as 01 red in 1996 at ALA. That explains the very low hex number!

A23456 sounds dodgy as it decodes to N241GK which I can find no history on FAA website. However full ADSB! The 67940 c/s could be a reference to a RA-/RF-reg but nothing on that either. It appears to have come from Kazan and going to Kubinka AB W of MOW....miscoding Russian Military???

It's Let L410 Turbolet for 99 %.Varios aircraft (military)  with this hex (L410 or Da-42).On December 2018 video about one of this aircraft,on  Balashov Russian Air Force airport https://sprotyv.info/sites/sprotyv/files/video/da42m-ng.mp4 DA-42 Diamond.Today 67940 NOT REGS on Callsign. It type callsign mostly used on UVD 740,its  military planned callsign

ffa/Alan

Well A23456 is back with same c/s 67940 FULL ADSB but still have nothing on it!

This miscode is acting like a helicopter (27knots at 800ft) SE of MOW but has call sign

 Hi Alan

They must be semi-talking again, as this is the first C135 (WC135W) I have seen over here in many years.... probably since around 2014! Shame I saw it at Fairford in 99
