I think the f/n is a giveaway decoding to RA-67247, looks like a Bombardier/Canadair reg ex VKO

Looks like this f/n might be another miscoding VARIOUS flying low and slow, picked up many times but must be a chopper to fly in this low cloud. I am not sure if 31007 EC 55 in db is the same chopper or just another miscoder using ABC123.  49042 f/n is used on most occasions however that is the c/n of RA-01685 AW189 of Rosneft which I have never picked up...maybe just a coincidence!
