My d/b shows that AC7C36 N903VK DHC6-400 c/n 920 was cancelled as exported to the UAE 30/11 and it is with Skydive Dubai.  Nothing on its new ID.

UAL5  KIAH EGLL not egll kiah.

Have deleted this one in my database and added new route, but it reverts to EGLL KIAH.

It will revert to the wrong route is it is incorrect in the d/b and you have auto-populate on.  Now that you have advised me I have corrected both it and the outbound leg UAL4.

UAL5 tks for the info Alan. Yes auto populate was On.
