From picture I would guess, that D-GLMP could be a Piper 34.

EDIT: of type PA-34-2?0? Seneca? or so.

I saw D-HRBD on the network earlier and added it into the d/b

As Ingo states D-GLMP is a PA34 Seneca so that's a good start but its other wise unknown to me.

D-HRBD was in my range and has populated during the manual populate run. My other unknowns have populated too.

About D-GLMP: Too bad, no further information at your end. But sooner or later the blanks will be filled.

A31C2E decodes to N3RY which is not allocated at this time.  There are two previous users of the registration both US registered but I have not idea which one may be miscoding if either of them.  It will need to remain as an unknown at this time.
