Yes as I stated to Jim a few replies back, the server is as per attached, I don't know where it comes from but we have had this before and Airnav have been advised.  I sent it back through as was following Jim's post.

I read the post and just wanted you to know that I had it too and that it came with last replacement db download update. At last occurance I set an alert to inform me if this problem re-occurs, which was now the case.
