8 receptions on 8 different times and 5 different dates with the  given hex during the past two weeks.

73940F 4X-CIN two receptions one on February 29th 2016 and one on March 1st 2016. No further receptions with this hex.

Fr24 has it currently tracking south of Cartagena. If you zoom in, I am beginning to wonder if it is operating out of either Alhama de Murcia which is near Totana or the notorious Los Garranchos (if it is open !).
