Is there any pattern to the Chinese codes? I have a lot of unknowns, some are dross, but others I'm not sure about

Hi Paul

The Chinese hex codes do not run in any sequence that I can make out, you can see that from Boeing's or Airbuses coming out the factories and the hex codes can be very different.

I can find nothing on your Y-7's

Afternoon Alan,

Bit confused over ACA679 which is on 'My Flights'. It shows the flight ID as EC-JZR with the registration as 5B-CLP. It does state this is a miscode and also gives the type as an Aquila AT01 with c/n AT01-183.
However, the Spanish register is showing EC-JZR as a DA-42 Diamond Twin Star c/n 42178 and it gives it as current.

Incidentally, D-KDSD the glider would appear to be back. It has just come on !

Hi Ian,

No need to be confused.  It is just another miscode using the same hex.  It was actually AC6A79 and it decodes to N9.  I will change the existing entry to show it is in use by more than one aircraft.
