471F44 not allocated, presumably a decode error or a miscode. WZZ101 was operated by HA-LYG which is 471F82 which is way out

According to FAA this decodes to N11116 which is most likely C208 C208B1231 exported to Pakistan in 2007 as reg Pakistan 1231 rather than U206 exported to Mexico in 2009

As per email, I have 208B1231 as being 2257 with UAE - Air Force and given your location more likely and I am aware that the FAA website states it was exported to Pakistan
