As far as I could figure out, autopopulate and manual populate in MyLog menu aren't working as they should at my end since today morning.

The info requests to process counter in bottom right corner more less stuck at high count. Several routes I clicked on didn't populate at secondary box although they have already populated correctly in the past few days at primary (24/7) box.

To get the route blancs filled is in my own interest. After I figured them out I could add them directly to my navdata db or I can post them here so you can add them, which is -by the way- much easier than toying around with the db editor. :-)

I cant make out which message you are wanting me to see can you advise which message please.  The link opens up a page and as far as I am aware I have sent a reply to each post you made.  I didn't know the routes worked with Populate in Mylog.

I am more than happy for you to post then on here and appreciate it greatly.

Hi Alan,

thanks for upating D-AKNF, that's the post I was refering to.

No, routes do not populate with MyLog populate.

Folowing was the case:

1. Aircraft populate: MyLog populate. Although several runs since today morning non of the today/yesterday added unknowns had populated. Further the counter in bottom right corner which indicates the numbers of to be processed Info request did count down 10 to 20 times slower than usual.

2. Routes populate. I used 2 AFL 2 NAX and 4 DLH routes, which showed correctly in ANRB software running 24/7. In ANRB SW started today morning they showed as blancs. Although I clicked on them they did not populate. The local NAVdat.db of both ANRB.exe running on two different computers were donwloaded at same time and date. So definitly no old outdated routes in db could have caused the problem. I already sent an mail to support and they told me that they are investigating if there is a problem and where it is.

Sorry Alan, I haven't noted them down.

Edit/Add: They had route info in 24/7 running software. The info was consistent with RB24.com and FR24.com so I took them as to be in the server db correctly.

But you can add SWR126D LX1227 ESGG LSZH.

I just had one: EWG034, RB24.com has route info but not populating in software. But as far as I remember RB24.com and sw are not using same server db aren't they?

For information SWR129A wasn't in the d/b but is now.
Route info on ANRB network has a 3 month life span to time out and may or may not show after that time without needing to be recycled through again even if it is in the d/b.  RB24 does not have that limit. 

I very seldom have routes not showing because of this I don't know why.  Possibly it is because I have Auto-Populate Route Data ticked, I don't know but I know with others more don't show because of this.

EWG34 was not in the database but has now been added as EDDK-EDDH.  Regarding the server they do and they don't!!  I believe flight stats is used on RB24 but they don't do alpha-numeric and if the route is not in their database whether alpha numeric or not, it then looks in the other routes database and populates from there.  I believe the ANRB database has more route tie ups worldwide than flight stats
The route will only show if its in the database.
