Mode-S C004B4 decodes to C-FBUH, nothing on the Transport Canada website either current or historical. However the flight ID may suggest that it is GL5T c/n 9650. Was it on the ground or in the air?, may have been powered up on the ground for pre-flight checks.

Hi Alan, good call on that one C-FBUH was showing as "Ground" the entire time. So what you are saying may be true.
