One of the problems with the Wolfhounds is that they change between their mil serial and the civilian registration depending for example whether they are in theatre or not and remain on the FAA list while carrying  the serial i.e N525EF that you mention is current on the FAA list http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinquiry/NNum_Results.aspx?omni=Home-N-Number&nNumberTxt=n525ef   but can also carry 99-3106 depending on when and where you see it.  Sometime mil serial, sometimes civil reg.
