I do not think it should be classed as a miscode nowadays, as the Russians registry seems to be deliberately using 18xxxx and 19xxxx usually for smaller  aircraft instead of 14xxxx and 15xxxx which tend to be larger (or older) aircraft. Same as 1Axxxx and 1Bxxxx are seemingly military and 1Exxxx and 1Fxxxx are factory numbers based on the old 14xxxx and 15xxxx system. 10xxxx and 11xxxx appear to be used on ground equipment codes as 10C351 (RA50001 NB no hyphen) was seen today at DME.

Yes X but the question I would ask is, is it confirmed as there is no details in the flight ID and I don't believe it to be good practice to put unsubstantiated data into the d/b ?

RA-85123 was last noted in 2016 as Kontinent (AviaPrad c/s), but with "This Day Congratulations to Russian military Fleet" body t/s but was then stored Samara so seems to be on the move again. As it appears to be going to Chkalovsk I can only think it is Air Force/military now, as no one other than Alrosa operates Tu154's nowadays

That's all I was asking for, some confirmation X.  Does that mean therefore that 15074D should be deleted
