148000 decodes to RA-32768 but is most probably RF-32768 Beriev Be-200ChS MChS Rossiya 64620080307 l/n 03-07

DB has it with other hex 132768 (which is a miscode given by Beriev) and but c/n is also different (Russianplanes) so something has changed or is this another miscode!

No idea where 132768 came from and it has been in the d/b for a while but the hex my d/b has for RF-32768 is 64620080307
