It would seem that your follow up to Rod's post 2053  re 43C7B2  suggesting it's an EFA, is correct as dtvmovements say the same.
43C7B1,  WTN29 has just been out and about in the same area and 'dtvmovements' confirmed that as Typhoon ZK600 on the 23rd

C-15AD decodes to C-FIFK.  Nothing showing  on the Transport Canada Website.  I think it may be CL605 N138DM miscoding its old ID as it was only transferred to the US register 9/3 but I have no confirmation on that.  It should use A09940.
