Correct, it should be EC-LZY. Also EC-MLG Bell 412 c/n 33188 is in the d/b as belonging to Agrarflug. I assume that was it's previous owner when it was D-HAFT because it's owner now is INAER or whatever silly name they now call themselves. It has just come over.

Topjet Executive certainly looks Italian to me without a hint of Bulgarian and have an Italian address on their website and according to the same website have a partnership with Eurofly Service https://www.topjet.net/en/private-jet.html with their home base at Milan Linate.   There is even a photo of I-TOPH https://www.topjet.net/en/history.html with maybe I-TOPX in the same photo but the registration is not clear.  I-TOPD is shown on the downloadable brochure https://www.topjet.net/uploads/TopJet_brochure_06.pdf
